Jig-Saw is not
a therapy group in the conventional sense,
however over the years it has evolved from a
letter only service to regular get-togethers,
a monthly newsletter and an answer phone
facility. Survivors
can ring +44 (01983) 868380 and leave a
message and someone will ring them back,
normally within 24hours.
We have found that all members of Jig-Saw
have vital skills to lend to the group and
coupled with a vast amount of enthusiasm for
helping fellow survivors.
Jig-Saw offers a supporting service, with the
ability to listen to your problems and
thoughts, and to empathise with these
emotions. We feel we can offer a safe place
for survivors to come and talk about issues
that affect their everyday lives, whilst
coping with the effects of childhood abuse.
